By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ax111 platform — including its website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, wallet, or any other service offered under the ax111 brand — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ax111 and must not create or continue to use an account. Your continued use of the ax111 platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of ax111's real-money gaming services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from ax111 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

ax111 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ax111 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ax111 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify ax111 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account non-transferability: ax111 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
• Verification documents: ax111 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on the ax111 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ax111 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in your account dashboard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on ax111 is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ax111 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. ax111 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits on your ax111 account.
• ax111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by its licensing obligations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, as set out in Section 6 below.
• ax111 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's processing timelines or any third-party intermediary in the payment chain.

All bets placed on ax111's sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, Test series, T20 tournaments, and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event. Market rules are published within the relevant betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

All casino games offered on ax111, including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti, use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics sourced from licensed game providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are independently verified.

• Bet acceptance: ax111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement.
• Errors: In the event of a technical error, human error, or manifest pricing error resulting in incorrect odds or payouts, ax111 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, game, or player account tier.
• Abandoned events: Rules governing abandoned or suspended sporting events are set out in the sport-specific rules published on the platform.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the bets they place are correct before confirming. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

ax111 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, and those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from account balances without notice.
• Abuse: ax111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has attempted to abuse or exploit a promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or collusion.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ax111 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with ax111.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the ax111 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets for financial gain without notifying ax111 support.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ax111 platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider in bad faith after receiving services on the ax111 platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ax111 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the ax111 platform — including but not limited to the ax111 brand name and logo, website design, interface layouts, graphics, text, game software, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ax111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ax111 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ax111 content without express written permission from ax111.

Any unauthorised use of ax111's intellectual property, including scraping of odds data, reverse engineering of game software, or reproduction of platform content on third-party websites, is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

ax111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ax111.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

ax111 uses your personal data for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. ax111 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ax111 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ax111 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ax111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ax111 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability.
• ax111 is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions on the player's end that result in lost bets or incomplete transactions.
• Players access and use the ax111 platform entirely at their own financial risk. Gambling involves the risk of loss, and ax111 makes no representations about the likelihood of winning.

ax111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A player's self-exclusion request under ax111's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to close the account.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ax111 is under no obligation to return funds where the account has been closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ax111 account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

ax111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ax111 holds its international online gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute between you and ax111 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ax111's internal complaints procedure.
